Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your IRLs subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep full access until the period ends. No further charges are taken after cancellation.

To cancel, email daryl@irls.xyz from the address linked to your account, or use the account dashboard where available.

Refunds on Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Because the Service is delivered continuously throughout the billing period, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion if the Service is materially unavailable due to a fault on our side. Contact us within 14 days and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.

NFC Hardware

Faulty or damaged NFC hardware will be replaced free of charge if reported within 30 days of delivery. Hardware that has been installed, tampered with or damaged through misuse is not eligible for refund or replacement.

Setup & Custom Work

One-off setup fees and custom design work are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Billing Cycles

Subscriptions renew on the same date each month. You'll receive an email receipt for every payment. Failed payments are retried automatically; if payment cannot be collected, your account may be paused until billing is resolved.
