Terms of Service

1. About IRLs

IRLs ("we", "us", "our") provides a SaaS platform combined with NFC hardware that enables merchants and event organisers to run tap-to-collect digital stamp and reward programmes ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into a contract on behalf of your business. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. NFC hardware fees and add-ons are billed separately as set out at checkout.

Annual plans may be offered at a discounted rate.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity
  • Resell, sublicense or share access without our written consent
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. NFC Hardware

NFC chips and related hardware remain your property once delivered. We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation, tampering or environmental factors. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding and content provided by IRLs remains our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g. logos, reward designs) and grant us a licence to display it as part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRLs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may modify or improve the Service over time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
